Changes to the Building Regulations have created new client duties with significant criminal penalties. Whether you are managing building your work or instructing a surveyor or other specialist to manage the work, a managing agent must understand what a client needs to do to comply with the law.
The course will look at what is building work, the procedures that need to be followed when undertaking and the approvals that must be obtained with a focus on the clients duties.
