The Grenfell Tower Inquiry (GTI) raised concerns that the evidence they obtained suggested that the property management team did not fully understand their role and responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (Fire Safety Order).
Whilst the Fire Safety Order only applies to England and Wales – the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006, and the Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010, both have similar requirements, and this course will cover all of these.
